Rolling shutters give full protection to properties and have a long life. They are very economical.
Our PRAKASH roll forming machine for making rolling shutters is designing after a careful study of various make machines and is a product of long experience in the line.

The entire construction of the machine is of steel. The machine is fitted with a number of rolls with forming dies on it, through which a cut strip is passed and in one operation the strip is formed into a desired shape ,suitable for making rolling shutters in one insertion. The drive of the machine is by Hobber cut spur gears and the dies rotate in gunmetal bearing having full lubrication arrangement. The driving arrangement is by AC 3 phase 50 cycle 400/440 volts 3 H.P. motor with pulleys, starter, slide-rails etc.

The speed of the machine is about 150 meters per hour depending on the skill of the operator. Accurate size of cut strips are required for machine feed. Necessary guides and supports are provided for the strips to pass through rolls. Coils & roll, can be loaded on a stand.

Shearing Machine

The machine is designed for Heavy duty continuous use, all steel body, nut bolted structure frame, permanently guaranteed, equipped with alloy steel hardened & tempered cutting tools. The machines are capable of cutting plates & other sections as detailed below. The machines are Universal in model and they cut plates, crop bars, sections &angles, punches holes. The construction is very rigid. Simplicity of operation & ease of maintenance are combined with adaptability, efficiency and economy.

Punching Machine    

Shafts, pinions & gears are Hobb Cut. Other important parts are made of En8 steel. Pinions & Fly wheels are machine cut. Fly wheel shaft runs in gun metal bushes. The machines are fitted with AC 3 phase,50 cycles, 400/440 volts motor, starter and completes as per standard practice of supply.

The Machine cuts plates, crop bars, sections & angles, punches holes

The machines are made entirely out of steel. All welded and heavy section construction, easy for operation and two men of average strength can operate the machine

The press-screws are made out of steel and are designed to give sufficient pressure form the desired shapes. Standard die to bend the size is provided with the machine and can be used for making sides of rolling shutter also. ( at extra cost )

The machine is all welded and heavy section construction. The Machine has hand operated lever for controlling the upward and downward movement of press. we have supplied hydraulic press brakes up to 250 tonnes capacity.

Our plate/sheet straightening Or leveling machine will be of nine rolls design. 4 bottom rolls and 6 top rolls.   The   bottom rolls   are   for holding the plate and top  rolls are adjustable by hand and do the job of pressing and leveling. The space between the rolls is much small and they run at a speed  of about 4 meters per minute, The rolls are of alloy steel fitted in gun metal bushes. The entire mechanism is arranged for gear drive and assembled on heavy section welded frame

The machine is a fabricated structure all welded construction and is of very sturdy design.
We design machines to a maximum thickness of plate of 8 mm x 2000 mm. The machines are complete with necessary electricals.

With oversize Cutting capacity in Mild steel also cuts other metals in appropriate sizes.

The Hand operated Traveling Trolley Cranes are most suitable units for work-shop. Garages, Fabrication- shops and other establishment for lifting and moving of loads with ease and economy.

These trolleys are fabricated out of steel and have turntable arrangements, one man can do the entire job of lifting and moving trolley. The stop wheel of prawl and ratchet is provided to keep the hook in any position under load. They are properly balanced to handle bulky loads.

These 'A' type Traveling Trolleys are available in sizes 1 & 2 tons and are tested for 25 % overload.
