These two units make one complete set of moulding machine. The assembled moulds are kept on the runner set and are driven through the reaves gears for variable speeds
Radha: model for making 4" to 12" pipes
Vaisnavi :model for making 12" to 48" pipes

While placing orders please specify whether you want the machine and mould length in 6'/8' sizes or 2 meter and 2.5 meter sizes.

HYDRAULIC PIPE TESTING MACHINES

This is fully fabricated unit out of heavy section channels/Plates /joists etc with stiffeners. This is provided with pressure pump unit with water storage tank piping connection, pressure gauge adjusting, screws, etc. Anil 4" to 16" two meter length, Suhas 18" to 48" two and half meter length.

CAGE WINDING MACHINES

Reinforcement cages can be made on these machines. The stands are collapsible type and are made out of MS Tee angles and support etc. There are three types of cage winding drums
Prakash :For 4" (100mm) diameter, pipes
Suhas: For 6"/16" (150/400mm) diameter pipes
Anil : For18"/48" (450/1200mm) diameter pipes
 

SAND WASHING UNIT

For quality control in R.C.C. works, this is fully fabricated unit This works on screw type conveyor system of cleaning and washing of sand gravel etc. There is provision for intake and sprinkling of water and outlet of muddy water. It consumes about 100 gallons of water per hour and washes about 3 to 5 tons of sand, grit etc. in 8 hours. Needs 3 to 5 hp and rpm should be about 20.

Dry Concrete Specially For R.C.C Factories
This is stationary type mixer made out of heavy section MS Plate and channel stand. The mixing blades are nut bolted on the main axle and rotate in pedestal bearing It is fitted with fast and loose pullies and has steel gear reduction drive. You can have perfect dry mix materials (concrete aggregate) for quick setting of pipes, tiles, hollow blocks prestressed poles and factories. In vertical drum mixers the water content is much more and it takes considerable long time for setting and it weakens the strength of the finished item. The machines are supplied bareshaft.

Our press is very very compact, it is three-in-one It has eliminated the pump-accumulator ,press etc. Power saving to the extent of 70 to 75% and efficiency increased by 2 times. There is complete uniformity with high pressure with very fast production

Hydraulic press is all steel body, double pillar type with sand, pressure valve with hydraulic cylinder of 30 tonnes capacity complete with hydraulic pump 2 H.P. electricals , pressure release valve, safety valve, oil storage tank filter as per out standard practice of supply, (a power pack unit),
The sizes of press is 2'x2'x4'.

For making complete plant of MOSAIC TILES you also need 1. Super polishing machine 2. Colour mixer 3. Few moulds Including one chequered tile mould
 

This is a heavy model of 6 ft. in diameter and is driven by 5 H. P. motor and a compact design. There is arrangement for plate replacing when worm out. It runs at a speed of 150 R. P. M. .a minute and polishes tiles at the rate of 24 tiles per batch.

Double disk with 2 H. P. single phase electric motor and complete in all respect as per our standard practice of supply.
