required for heating spring leaves to 950 degree max.
temperature. The furnace is fabricated design suitable for fire
brick lining arrangements, (furnace bricks to be provided by
client) heated by two oil fired burners with 5 H.P. blower with
pyro meter and complete in all respect as per our standard
practice of supply ( pyro-meter 0 to 1000 centigrade). |

The hot leaf
spring coming out from the hardening furnace is dipped into
quenching oil tank to get required hardness. The conveyor belt
brings out the leaf spring from the other side of the tank.

  End heating and centre heating furnace is required for heating leaf spring flats before end forming (like taper rolling , eye rolling, centre
heating for dimple etc.) with 1 HP blower with burner and

Canopy for collecting smoke is to be made on site by the
customer at his expense. Furnace lining to be provided by
customers. |
