Hot Leaf Taper Rolling Machine is an integral part of a modern leaf spring manufacturing unit. The machine has two roller of EN-8, forged steel, having heavy-duty steel structure frame. The bottom roll is of 10” diameter with four steps for rolling by eccentric shaft drive. The top roll is of 12” diameter .Both rolls are fitted with gunmetal bushes with lubrication system, there is a eccentric shaft drive arrangements for the bottom roll through eccentric cam drive arrangements. It does the job of squeezing of the spring edges. There is also a Fly wheel for free running of the machine. The main gears are made out of EN-8 forged steel, Hobber cut and perfectly matched to give smooth running. Drive is through 5 HP motor with necessary pulley, V belt and complete. At the sides there is provision for squeezing edges of flats.

This is high speed machine for fast and quality spring manufacturers and needs firm foundation for operation.

Heavy duty Shearing Machine

This is a heavy duty shearing machine made out of M.S. section to cut EN-45 A Grade spring steel flats.

It is all steel body, nut bolted and welded structure permanently guaranteed frame, equipped with alloy hardened cutting blades. The shaft and pinions of forged steel and gears are cast iron, hobber cut perfectly balanced for smooth drive.

Though it has a wide foundation based it needs firm and perfect foundation as it runs at 38 strokes a minute. It has clutch system operated by foot lever. The machine is equipped with 5 HP electric motor pulley, V belt, starter, guard etc.

It cuts maximum 200 mm width of EN-45A flats of a maximum of 16 mm thick.
Very useful for leaf spring manufacturers and cutting purposes.

Cambering Press

All fabricated designs with hydraulic power pack unit with 2 HP power pack complete with 5 Tonnes double acting hydraulic cylinder , maximum cambering length
1800 mm X 100 mm with one set of die and punch for hot leaves cambering as per our standard practice of supply.

Cambering press is required for giving camber (elliptical shape) to hot leaf springs after they come out from hardening furnace. After hot cambering, the leaf is dipped in quenching oil tank

Eye Rolling Machine

All fabricated design, complete with center pin and screw jack arrangement for rolling hot leaves. This machine comes in two models viz. Manual and hydraulic eye rolling machine. Level of automation is as per client requirement . different eye diameters can be achieved by using different sets of bushes and pins.

Eye rolling machine is required for end forming of leaf spring in hot condition.

Double Ended Eye Grinding Machine

Completely fabricated design with 3 HP two motors drive complete with 2 cup-wheels with central lever screw jack arrangements to clamp leaf spring eye in central position and both the ends will be ground at a time by rack and pinion lever arrangements.

Both side of leaf spring eye can be ground as per client requirement.
